Quick Reference Guides

I was asked to create clear customer journeys for three of Telstra Media’s products: NRL, AFL and Mobile Foxtel.

These would be used by front line Telstra employees, in store and call centres.

I gathered all the screen shots and wrote the copy. This was a tedious task, but I can definitely see the value in it. If you own an Android device the journey is complete different to iOS device.
